The vertical sewage treatment tank is composed of tank body, cone bottom, reagent box, sludge tank, filter liner, hanging ladder and other structures. The cone bottom of the sewage treatment tank is connected with a filter press to filter the sludge into mud blocks and transport it away. The basic working principle of sewage treatment tank is combined with the solid-liquid separation equipment of gravity sedimentation. The sludge wastewater with solid content of 2% - 10% can be increased to 40% - 60% slurry through gravity sedimentation. Meanwhile, the upper part of the tank can realize clear water overflow, so as to achieve the purpose of sewage purification and solid-liquid separation.

The sewage enters into the feeding barrel and the filter tank from the water inlet, and forms particle precipitation by adding the flocculant in the reagent box, so that the thickened underflow mud is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the tank cone bottom, and enters the filter press equipment to filter into mud. The upper part of the sewage treatment tank produces clean water (overflow clarified liquid), which is discharged from the top water outlet and can be recycled into the clean water tank, so as to reduce environmental pollution.
