The smelting method of 08Ni3DR steel plate: electric furnace, outside furnace refining and vacuum degassing smelting method, and should be fine grain killed steel.

Delivery state of 08Ni3DR steel plate: the steel plate shall be delivered in normalizing (allowing accelerated cooling) and tempering state, or off-line quenching and tempering state, the tempering temperature shall not be lower than 620, and the steel plate thickness no more than 25mm shall be delivered in normalizing state.
