
Alloy Fine-tuning: Optimizing the Mg/Si ratio of the 6063 aluminum sheet to 0.6-0.8/0.4-0.6, and adding 0.1% Ce, grain refinement is achieved to 15-25μm, increasing the thermal conductivity to 210-220W/(m·K).
Process Upgrade: Utilizing 480-500°C isothermal extrusion and in-line quenching, combined with a 15-20μm anodizing treatment, reduces the surface thermal resistance of the 6063 aluminum sheet.
Structural Innovation: Through micro-channel etching (0.3-0.5mm deep) and a 5-8mm pitch fin design, the heat dissipation area is increased by 30%, achieving a heat flux density of 80W/cm².
