Cutting parameters for aluminum sheets are optimized (minimum depth of cut 0.2-0.5mm, high speed 12,000-15,000 rpm). Diamond-coated cutting tools are used to maintain dimensional stability within ±0.01mm.
Burr Removal: Burr-free aluminum sheet cuts are achieved by adjusting the punch-die gap (matching the sheet thickness by ±5%), reducing the cutting speed (≤ 30m/min), and employing laser deburring technology.
Process Collaboration: The aluminum sheets are allowed to rest for 48 hours before cutting to release internal stress. After processing, flexible support fixtures (with deformation compensation accuracy of 0.005mm) are used to prevent secondary deformation.
