API 5L X60 hot rolled seamless pipe is a pipeline steel pipe that meets the standards of the American Petroleum Institute, with a yield strength of ≥ 415MPa, and is widely used in the field of oil and gas transportation. API 5L grade X60 steel pipe is made of high-quality carbon manganese steel (C ≤ 0.26%, Mn ≤ 1.40%) through hot rolling process, which has excellent welding performance and low-temperature toughness.

X60 grade steel pipes must pass the Charpy V-notch impact test (-20 ℃ impact energy ≥ 40J) and undergo strict ultrasonic or radiographic testing. Its typical dimensions are an outer diameter of 114-1420mm and a wall thickness of 6-40mm, which can be treated with anti-corrosion coating according to engineering requirements.
