ASTM A572 grade 50 hrc hot rolled steel coil adopts niobium vanadium microalloying design (C ≤ 0.23%), with a hardness of HRC 22-28 and a yield strength of ≥ 345MPa, suitable for wear-resistant parts of heavy machinery. Its roll weight can reach 30 tons, with a width range of 900-1800mm. After acid washing treatment, the surface oxide skin can achieve a roughness of Ra ≤ 3.2μm, significantly improving the adhesion of the coating.
A572 grade 50 steel material obtains a uniform pearlite ferrite structure through controlled cooling process, with an impact energy of ≥ 34J at -20 ℃, making it particularly suitable for dynamic load scenarios such as mining conveyor belt drums.
Storage should be wrapped in moisture-proof paper and sealed with desiccant to avoid stacking more than 3 layers. Plasma technology is recommended for A572 grade 50 steel cutting, and the hardness loss of the incision is controlled within the range of HRC ± 2.
