API 5L line steel seamless pipe & tubing X60

API 5L X60 seamless pipeline pipe is a high-strength pipe used for oil and gas transportation, with a yield strength of ≥ 415MPa. It is designed with C-Mn composition (C ≤ 0.18%, Mn ≤ 1.70%) and produced through hot rolling or cold drawing processes. When the pipe meets the PSL2 standard, it needs to meet the -20 ℃ impact test, with an outer diameter range of 21.3-1026mm, and is suitable for long-distance oil and gas pipelines and chemical equipment.

Its characteristics include excellent welding performance and corrosion resistance, with typical mechanical properties of tensile strength 520-760MPa and yield ratio ≤ 0.93. The production process requires heat treatment to ensure tissue stability, and common application scenarios include onshore/subsea pipelines and high-pressure boiler pipelines.
