What is the 16MnCr5 steel?

16mncr5 alloy steel belongs to carburizing steel. Low carbon equivalent. After heat treatment and carburization, the surface carbon equivalent is increased. After heat treatment and quenching, the core has good impact resistance, and the surface has high strength and wear resistance.
