What are the requirements for prefabrication of large vertical storage tanks

1. The edge processing surface of steel plate shall be smooth without slag inclusion, delamination, cracks and other defects. The surface hardening layer produced by flame cutting groove shall be removed.

2. The size deviation of steel plate after processing: the width deviation is less than 1.5mm, the length deviation is less than 2mm, and the diagonal difference is less than 3mm.
