What are the performance requirements of superalloys steel?

Superalloy steel is a kind of metal composite material based on iron, cobalt, nickel and other metal materials, which can adapt to different natural environment for a short time or a long time under high temperature above 600℃ and relatively large complex in-situ stress standards. Metal composite materials with high melting point such as Ni (1450℃), CO (1480℃) and Mo (2620℃) were used as the base materials, and other elements were added into the composite materials.

The properties of superalloy steel require high temperature compressive strength, plastic deformation, excellent oxidation resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, excellent thermal fatigue characteristics and impact toughness, excellent mechanism reliability and application reliability.
