How to solve the Q295NH weathering steel plate cutting holes?

In the cutting of carbon steel with oxygen as the auxiliary gas, the key to solve the problem is how to inhibit the generation of oxidation reaction heat. Perforation during auxiliary oxygen and delay switching to auxiliary air or nitrogen can be used for cutting.

Laser cutting machine cutting aluminum alloy and Q295NH weathering steel sheet solution: in the processing of such materials, the use of auxiliary gas is nitrogen, cutting will not appear burning edge. However, because of the small holes, the material inside is hot, and the slag hanging inside will be frequent. The effective solution is to increase the pressure of the auxiliary gas and set the condition to pulse conditions with peak output and low frequency.

When the auxiliary gas uses air, it does not burn as much as when nitrogen is used, but slagging tends to occur at the bottom. These conditions need to be set for high auxiliary gas pressure, peak output and low frequency pulse conditions.
