Stamping

The punching technology is a kind of metal processing method. It is established on the basis of metal plastic deformation, to put pressure on the sheets by molds and punching equipment, and to make the sheets generate plastic deformation or separation, thus obtaining punching parts with certain shape, size and performance.

The puching process can be divided into four basic processes: blanking process (including punching, blanking, trimming, cutting, etc.); bending; drawing, local forming (including flanging, bulging, leveling and reshaping., etc.)

The main punching products of BBN steel are disc plates, punching head, punching plates, etc. The punching products enjoy light weight, thin thickness and good stiffness. Its dimensional tolerance is guaranteed by the mold, so the quality is stable and generally not need to be cut by machine any more.
