According to the requirements of the demander, the Q800CFC, Q800CFD, Q800CFE steel plate can guarantee the thickness direction performance according to GB/T 5313, and the required thickness direction performance level (Z15 Z25 or Z35) is indicated in the contract.

Ultrasonic flaw detection according to the requirements of the demander and through negotiation between the supplier and the demander, Q800CFC, Q800CFD, Q800CFE steel plates can be subject to ultrasonic inspection one by one. The inspection method shall be in accordance with GB/T 2970 or JB/T 4730. 3. The inspection method and qualification level shall be indicated in the contract.

The Q800CFC, Q800CFD, Q800CFE steel plate surface shall be free of bubbles, scabs, cracks, folds, inclusions and pressed iron oxide scales. The steel plate shall not be layered. The steel plate surface is allowed to have a thin layer of oxide scale, rust, insignificant surface roughness, scratches, indentations and other local defects caused by the falling of pressed oxide scale that do not hinder the inspection of surface defects, but its depth shall not be more than half of the thickness tolerance, and the minimum thickness of the steel plate shall be guaranteed. The surface defects of the steel plate can be polished and cleaned, but the minimum thickness of the steel plate shall be guaranteed, and the cleaned parts shall be smooth and angular.
