SA573 Gr 70 steel alloy plate, NM series wear-resistant plates combine high hardness, high strength and high toughness, suitable for those severely worn occasions. The high wear resistance of the wear plate extends the service life of dump truck bodies, excavator buckets, crushers and similar equipment. The hardness of the wear-resistant steel plate is obtained through an effective quenching process. This method can not only achieve higher hardness, but also maintain a lower alloy composition in the steel. The produced wear-resistant plates are easy to machine, twist and weld.

The advantages of flame cutting are simple cutting and low cost. The disadvantage of flame cutting is that when cutting thin plates, cutting deformation problems are prone to occur, and the materials that can be cut have certain limitations. The advantage of CNC cutting is that it can cut SA573 Gr 70 steel alloy plate and any complex parts with high cutting accuracy. The disadvantage of CNC cutting is that there are certain operational and technical requirements.

The Qatar Railways company launched a tender for designing ,construction and completion of Green Line Project. Our company has participated in the bidding from Qatar Railway Company since May, 2016. A delegation from project visited several famous SA573 Gr 70 steel alloy plate pipe mill in China for 15 days in July,2016. Of course the delegations had visited our pipe mill.
