Good impact resistance. Wear resistant composite steel plate uses low carbon steel or low alloy, stainless steel and other toughness as the base material. The JIS SM570 mild steel metal material not only has good wear resistance, but also can withstand the impact and wear of falling from high to low in the transportation process. It has good heat resistance. Vanadium, molybdenum and other JIS SM570 mild steel alloy materials are added into the alloy wear-resistant layer during the manufacturing process, so it can be used and worn at high temperature ≤ 800 ℃. Compared with ordinary JIS SM570 mild steel carbon steel substrate, it can only be used below 380 ℃, while low alloy heat-resistant steel plate can work below 540 ℃. This shows how high the heat resistance coefficient of wear-resistant steel plate is. Good corrosion resistance.

There is an inherent difference between the cold forming properties of low-alloy high-strength steel and carbon structural steel. First of all, a certain amount of permanent deformation of low-alloy high-strength steel requires greater force than JIS SM570 mild steel, carbon structural steel of the same size. Second, when low-alloy high-strength steel is formed, a slightly larger allowable amount for springback should be given. According to experience, unless the low-alloy high-strength steel is processed to control the shape of inclusions, it is necessary to use a larger bending radius than carbon structural steel during cold forming.
