Introduction of 19Mn6 steel plate

The German standard 19Mn6 high temperature structural steel is equivalent to the Chinese standard Q345R and the European standard P355GH. 19Mn6 high temperature and high pressure boiler steel plate is mainly used for the production of steam drums of power station boilers, and the production is organized according to the requirements of the DIN17155 standard. Use oxygen top blowing converter method, open hearth method or smelting in electric furnace. Other equivalent methods may also be adopted after consultation with the purchaser.

19Mn6 steel plate is German standard heat-resistant steel plate. DIN17155 is mainly used for the manufacture of hot-rolled steel plates and steel strips for steam boiler equipment, pressure vessels, large pressure pipes and similar components. Heat-resistant steel plate: refers to the steel grade that can still show characteristics under the condition of time load at higher temperature, local temperature can reach 600℃. For all steel grades in the standard, the weight is calculated according to the specific gravity of 7.85 kg/dm3. The steel grades under the DIN17155 standard are: UHI, HI, HII, 17Mn4, 19Mn6, 15Mo3 are usually hot-rolled and normalized, and 13CrMo44 and 10CrMo910 are normalized and quenched and tempered.

19Mn6 steel plate is usually delivered in a normalized state. According to the special agreement when ordering, 19Mn6 steel can also be delivered in a non-treated state.
