HRC S275JR mild steel plates hot rolled low carbon steel sheet price

The mainstream ex factory price of HRC S275JR hot rolled low carbon steel sheet in May 2015 was reported at 4300-4600 yuan/ton, an increase of 2.3% compared to the previous month, mainly driven by the rise in coke prices.

3.0mm thin S275JR plates in East China are priced at 150-200 yuan/ton higher. Due to environmental restrictions, inventory in North China is tight, and some steel mills have suspended orders.

The terminal demand is mainly for construction machinery and steel structures, and traders are cautious in stocking up. It is expected that S275JR mild steel plate prices will maintain a high volatility pattern in the short term.
