Heat treatment of 13CrMo4-5+Z15 steel plate with different thickness

13CrMo4-5+Z15 European standard vessel plate is a special alloy steel with high temperature performance.

Standard: EN10028-2, number: 1.7335, used for manufacturing industrial boilers and also for oil fields.

The standard, shape, quality and tolerance of 13CrMo4-5+Z15 steel plate shall comply with EN10029, and the thickness tolerance shall comply with EN10029 class B tolerance.

13CrMo4-5+Z15 steel plate heat treatment:
13CrMo4-5+Z15 steel plates are normally normalized and tempered with a thickness of less than 100mm, normalized and tempered or quenched and tempered with a thickness of more than 100mm to 150mm, and quenched and tempered with a thickness of more than 150mm to 250mm. The method of electric furnace+external refining+vacuum degassing is selected to smelt the killed steel with fine grains.
