Current situation of steel inventory in China

Current situation of China's steel inventory: steel factory inventory and social inventory increased month on month. Although the inventory level is on the high side, the base steel stock range is lower than that of the same period last year. Steel factory inventory + social inventory was 27.89 million tons, a month on month increase of 7.529 million tons, an increase of 8.2498 million tons compared with the same period last year.

In terms of steel plant inventory, steel inventory was 9.8574 million tons, a month on month increase of 3.1122 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 3.4653 million tons, including 5.1191 million tons of deformed steel bar inventory, a month on month increase of 1.7401 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 1.9629 million tons; hot rolled steel coil inventory was 1.4334 million tons, a month on month increase of 222000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 426300 tons.

In terms of social inventory, steel inventory was 18.0324 million tons, a month on month increase of 4.4168 million tons, an increase of 4.7845 million tons over the same period last year. The main varieties rebar stock were 10.0889 million tons, a month on month increase of 2.7727 million tons, an increase of 2.8116 million tons over the same period last year; hot rolled steel coil stock was 2.0673 million tons, a month on month increase of 3968 million tons, an increase of 5237 million tons over the same period last year.
