Application of 22SiMn2 steel plate

Introduction and description of 22SiMn2 steel plate:
22SiMn2 steel plate is a high-strength manganese resistant steel. It is mainly used to withstand adverse working conditions such as impact, extrusion, material wear, etc., and the damage form is mainly wear consumption, part of which is broken and deformed. When 22SiMn2 steel is used for the welded joint of loader bucket, the mechanical properties such as tensile strength, bending resistance, impact resistance and crack resistance of the welded joint obtained under the conditions of different matching and different process parameters are studied. The results show that 22SiMn2 steel uses H08Mn2SiA filler material, and Ar+CO2 gas shielded welding can obtain the welded joint with strength and toughness meeting the engineering requirements through reasonable process selection.
