1. Background Information
This is a customer from Brazil, their main business is heat exchanger, pumps, and refining equipment. The material they demand was MONEL400 steel plate, this material is a corrosion-resistant alloy and it has excellent comprehensive performance, cutting performance, it widely used in equipment such as steam pipes, seawater exchanger, deep-sea pump shafts, valves and other equipment. Our company has a lot of Monel series steel product stocks in our warehouse every year, and we also imported international brands including VDM, ATI, YAKIN etc. At the beginning, our customer required urgent delivery time, It happened that we can provide stock plate with same size to them, and only within 7 days delivery time for the first batch of plate. Customer were satisfied very much when they received goods,then they ordered big amount plate as stocks every year.

As this kind of steel plate has high request of surface and value is high too, so we have also adopted high packaging standard, the packaging method we use is iron frame + wooden pallet + waterproof paper + fumigation-free wooden plate + steel strip, which is not only convenient for loading , but also can protect the flatness of steel plate and surface quality during transportation.
