Vertical Disc Mixer

Brief Introduction
Vertical disc mixer is mainly used for mixing of raw materials, the inner plate of the disc mixer is made of stainless steel, not easy to stick, wear-resistant, cycloid reducer has a compact structure, easy to operate, uniform mixing, easy to discharge and transport, etc. It is suitable for organic fertilizer equipment production line.

Structure
1. Transmission connection part: This machine adopts cyclone gear reducer to drive the spindle rotation, the main working part of this machine adopts nylon column pin as transmission connection and transmission device transmission, which is easy to assemble and maintain.
2. Frame part: All working bodies of this machine are installed and fixed on the frame. The frame of this machine is welded by high carbon steel plate and channel steel, which has the purpose of this machine after strict product certification and specific process requirements.
3. Stirring part: The driving wheel is coupled to the spindle through the pin, and the material is evenly reversed in the stirring chamber, so that the material is fully stirred and the residue of the material is greatly reduced.

Working Principle
The working principle of vertical mixer is that through the rapid rotation of the screw, the material is lifted from the bottom of the barrel from the center to the top, and then thrown away in an umbrella shape, back to the bottom, so that the material rolls up and down in the barrel, and a large amount of material can be put in a short time, and the material is mixed evenly.
