Product Introduction
The semi-wet material crusher is highly effective and has good adaptability to the moisture content of the material, which can solve the high wet organic material. We provide equipment with an output of 1-8t per hour, crushing particle size of 50-80 mesh. The equipment is widely used in the organic fertilizer production process of bio-organic fertilizer, straw, medicine residue, mushroom residue, livestock manure, etc.

Equipment Structure
The main structure of the semi-wet material crusher includes the frame, rotor crushing part and transmission link part. The overall structure is reasonable, high efficiency and easy to operate.

1. Frame part: the machine frame is made of high-quality carbon steel plate and channel steel welded together to provide a solid foundation for the normal operation of the equipment.

2. Rotor crushing part: the rotor part adopts upper and lower double-layer blade crushing. The material enters the crushing chamber from the inlet and is continuously ground by the double-layer blades to make the material reach the granulation requirement or the powdered organic fertilizer production requirement. In addition, the internal body is equipped with a propeller, scraper, so that the material will not stick to the inner wall.

3. Transmission connection part: The equipment adopts flexible belt transmission. The motor drives the pulley and belt, which is directly transferred to the spindle, so that the spindle rotates at high speed to achieve the crushing effect.
