Product Introduction

I-1B series slurry pump is single-screw positive rotary pump. It pushes slurry from suction inlet to discharge outlet along spiral groove by the rotation of screw. The working principle of G-type single screw pump is that single-head helical rotor does eccentric rotation in stator with double-head helical inner cavity. Then, annular seal space will be formed between rotor and stator. When the rotor rotates, the volume of annular seal space will change, which can lead to the transport of liquid. That is working principle of G-type single screw pump. Both of them are ideal pump for filter presses.

Product advantages

It can transport suspension with particles, high concentration and viscosity (<10000PaS).
It can steadily transport liquid. And there is no overflow, mixing and shear.
There is no connection between exhaust pressure and rotate speed. That is to say, low discharge still can keep higher exhaust pressure.
Flow rate is proportion to rotate speed. And you can adjust flow rate by using speed change mechanism or high-speed electric machine.
It is featured with good self-priming ability.
