ASME SA633 steel plate introduction:
The ASME SA633 steel plate specification is the standard specification for normalized high-strength low-alloy structural steel plates when superior notch toughness is needed at low temperatures.
ASME SA633 steel plate include four grades, grade C is available up to 4" in thickness and grade E is available up to 6" in thickness. Typical applications are utility poles as plates, offshore platforms, construction equipment frames, electric shovel dipper handles and suspension components.
