Standard: "Steel Pressure Vessel" GB 150-1998, "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessel" JB/T 4735-1997, "Steel Pressure Vessel Welding Regulations" JB/T 4709-2000, "Pressure Vessel Non-destructive Testing" JB 4730-94.

The horizontal oil tank is designed according to the R11 and R112 Atlas of "Horizontal Oil Tank", and is used in industrial oil depots and gas stations as fuel oil.

Range: The pressure is normal pressure, the temperature is -19℃~200℃, and the medium is fuel oil (diesel, gasoline, etc.)

How to choose the horizontal oil tank for different uses?

The total volume should be determined according to factors such as the mode of transportation and fuel supply cycle, and the maximum consumption for train and ship transportation should not be less than 20-30 days. The maximum consumption of automobile transportation shall not be less than 5-10 days. Pipeline transportation is not less than the maximum consumption of 3 to 5 days. The daily operating time of office buildings and fuel oil equipment is 12-16 hours. For high-end residential hotel buildings, the daily operating time is 16-24 hours.

On-site installation:

1 The thickness of the overburden on the top of the buried oil tank shall not be less than 0.5m. Backfill clean sand or fine soil around, the thickness should not be less than 0.3m;

2 The selection unit of the oil tank operation platform ladder is considered uniformly. The buried operation well is designed for buried horizontal oil tanks, and the two are suitable for supporting;

3 For areas with high groundwater levels, the operator should take anchoring and anti-floating measures for buried horizontal oil tanks;

4 The oil tank can be used for heavy fuel oil, and the heater is designed separately; the bottom valve and connection of the material outlet of the buried tank should be considered for selection;

5 Apply lightning protection, anti-static and fire-fighting measures. The internal anti-corrosion should be determined according to the storage medium, and the outer wall anti-corrosion should be determined according to the soil quality of the buried tank;

6 The mouth of the vent pipe should be 4m or more above the ground. The nominal diameter of the vent pipe should not be less than 50mm and a flame arrestor should be installed.
