We participated the National Railway tender of Bangladesh with our local agent together, and won the 1000 tons corten steel sheets order. The corten steel sheets are used to make train carriage. We finished production of the 1000 tons corten steel A588 Grade B grade steel sheets within 40 days, and arranged SGS test for the customer before shipment. The customer gave very high comments to our product and service quality, as well as fast delivery.

A588 Grade B grade steel, A572 Grade 50 steel with the thickness range is 1.2-600mm, the width range is 1220-4200mm, and the length range is 5000-18000mm. Also note that the A572 Grade 50 steel coil thickness should not exceed 25 mm. For A572 Grade 50 steel, the C element content is 0.23%, the Si element content is 0.4% max, the Mn element content is 1.35% max, the P element content is 0.004% max, the S element content is 0.05% max, the V element content is 0.06%, the Ni element content is 0.015%, the Co element content is 0.05%.

Temperature has a great influence on the strength of the material, A588 Grade B grade steel. When the temperature exceeds a certain value, the strength limit of the steel will be reduced. The higher the temperature, the lower the strength. In addition, the longer the steel is used at high temperature, the lower the strength. Therefore, if the steel works at high temperature for a long time, the instantaneous strength of the steel can not be used as its performance index, nor can the room temperature performance replace the high temperature performance.
