1. Incomplete or Poor Quality Cutting
Check if the laser power, gas pressure, and focus are matched to the material thickness. Adjust the feed rate and gas purity to ensure optimized cutting parameters. For flame cutting, ensure sufficient preheating and keep the cutting nozzle perpendicular to avoid incomplete cutting due to the heat-affected zone.

2. Equipment Malfunction
If the cutting machine is not powered on, check the power supply, fuses, and electronic components for damage. When calibrating data, measure the cutting template with a steel ruler and adjust the X/Y axis timing belts to ensure accuracy.

3. Safety and Maintenance
Before operation, check the gas lines, power supply, and cutting nozzle status. Avoid contact with the flame area during cutting and promptly address any backfire. Routine maintenance includes cleaning the guide rails, lubricating the rack and pinion, and avoiding arbitrary disassembly of equipment components.
