The StE315 grade structural steel impact toughness from BBN

BBN company team and culture: tt the end of 2019, in order to thank employees for their hard work and enrich their sparetime lives, the company organized a pleasant trip to Phuket Island, Thailand. This tour lasted 6 days and 5 nights, and returned by plane on the evening of December 27. We took off in Zhengzhou at about 5o'clock in the afternoon on the 22th December. Let's seize the day and live it to the full, and greet the arrival of the year 2020 together.

42CrMo steel plate is an ultra-high strength steel plate, which is widely used in machinery manufacturing steel. The steel is suitable for manufacturing large and medium-sized plastic molds that require certain strength and toughness. 42CrMo steel has high strength and toughness, good hardenability, no obvious temper brittleness, high fatigue limit and multiple impact resistance after quenching and tempering, and good low temperature impact toughness.

Blast furnace ironmaking is a traditional ironmaking method based on coke energy. It cooperates with converter steelmaking and is the main method of producing StE315 grade structural steel steel at present. This dominance of blast furnace ironmaking is not expected to change for quite a long time. The essence of blast furnace ironmaking is the reduction of iron. Besides, coke is used as fuel and reducing agent. At high temperatures, iron ore or iron-containing raw materials are reduced from an oxide or mineral state to liquid pig iron.

We participated the National Railway tender of Bangladesh with our local agent together, and won the 1000 tons corten steel sheets order. The corten steel sheets are used to make train carriage. We finished production of the 1000 tons corten steel StE315 grade structural steel sheets within 40 days, and arranged SGS test for the customer before shipment. The customer gave very high comments to our product and service quality, as well as fast delivery.
