The manufacturing process of advanced AR500 armor steel plates involves refining raw materials and precise hot-rolled plate shapes. Firstly, by repeatedly refining inside and outside the furnace, harmful gases and impurities are controlled to the lowest level, ensuring that the material can be welded and cold bent. Subsequently, the automatic control spray quenching technology was used to make the microstructure fine and the hardness distributed evenly.

The AR500 steel plate produced by this process has a small thickness tolerance, high flatness, and a typical hardness range of 470-530HB, making it suitable for high wear and bulletproof applications.
