StE355 steel material properties for shipbuilding

BBN company team and culture: tt the end of 2019, in order to thank employees for their hard work and enrich their sparetime lives, the company organized a pleasant trip to Phuket Island, Thailand. This tour lasted 6 days and 5 nights, and returned by plane on the evening of December 27. We took off in Zhengzhou at about 5o'clock in the afternoon on the 22th December. The difference between StE355 steel material, hot rolled sheet and cold rolled sheet: hot rolled sheet has low hardness, easy processing and good ductility. The cold-rolled sheet has high hardness and relatively difficult processing, but it is not easy to deform and has high strength. The cold rolled sheet is mostly used in automobile manufacturing and electrical products. Therefore, the two have their own characteristics. According to these characteristics, it is more appropriate to choose the right rolled plate to maximize its effect and benefit.

A plasma cutter uses a stream of compressed gas (air, nitrogen, argon, etc.) and a consumable wire electrode as the two primary feedstocks of the steel cutting process. The electrode sends a high electrical charge through the gas, raising its temperature to the point of ionization to generate extremely hot plasma (~20,000°C). This plasma is directed through the cutting tip to create a highly focussed beam, with velocities approaching the speed of sound.
