Spring roll 301 stainless steel for car parts adopt precision cold rolling process, with customizable thickness of 0.1-3.0mm, in line with ASTM A666/A240 standards. Its chromium-nickel ratio (Cr 16-18%, Ni 6-8%) can reach a tensile strength of 1500MPa after special cold working hardening treatment.

Designed for key components such as automotive suspension springs and seat belt coil springs. Compared with 304 stainless steel, 301 steel fatigue life is increased by 35%, and it has better stress relaxation resistance. Supports customized hardness (HV300-600) and elastic modulus (185-200GPa).

Provides two surface treatment options of 2B/BA, with roughness controlled at Ra≤0.4μm. The inner diameter of the 301 stainless steel coil is optional, 508/610mm, and is equipped with anti-scratch protective film packaging.
