SA572 Grade 50 structural steel material properties for shipbuilding

Bridge steel plates have good water resistance, low thermal conductivity, flat and lubricated surface. The main grades of bridge steel plates are A709 grade 50, A588 grade B, SA572 Grade 50 structural steel material and so on.

TMCP process is an indispensable technology for our production of low alloy high strength wide and SA572 Grade 50 structural steel material thick steel plates. TMCP process can produce steel with high strength and toughness without adding too many alloy elements and complex subsequent heat treatment. TMCP is a process that can save alloy SA572 Grade 50 structural steel material and energy and is beneficial to environmental protection. A lot of our shipbuilding steel plates are produced by TMCP process.

In year 2015, we supplied 950 tons S355J0 angle steel to Egypt government. We have cooperation with local government for more than 3 years. Every year, they would order more than 3000 tons of SA572 Grade 50 structural steel material steel from our company.
