S420J0 steel plate for seamless steel pipe

When talking about our team, it is hard not to mention our QC department (Quality Control). We have built strict qualitycontrol system to guarantee the steel quality. During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials S420J0 steel plate. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.

The surface quality of pickling coil is very good. Compared with ordinary hot-rolled plate, S420J0 steel plate, the surface quality of hot-rolled pickling coil is improved in addition to the oxide scale on the surface, which is convenient for welding, oiling and painting. The accuracy of pickling coil specification is high. After leveling, the shape of the plate changes to a certain extent, thus reducing the deviation of unevenness, improving the surface finish and enhancing the appearance effect of pickling coil.

Now many manufacturers will use CNC equipment to complete the steel plate cutting processing, this processing method is also gradually increasing, but if you want to make the processing effect meet the specifications and standards, the control requirements of operation technology are also relatively high. Now there are many kinds of steel plate cutting, during the actual processing, it is necessary to select the appropriate processing method according to the cutting requirements of steel plate, so as to achieve the ideal processing effect for S420J0 steel plate.

The Qatar Railways company launched a tender for designing ,construction and completion of Green Line Project. Our company has participated in the bidding from Qatar Railway Company since May, 2016. A delegation from project visited several famous S420J0 steel plate pipe mill in China for 15 days in July,2016. Of course the delegations had visited our pipe mill.
