S275NL grade steel Tensile Strength

Q345R steel is common low alloy steel, which is commonly used for boiler and pressure vessel. The delivery status includes hot rolling or normalizing. Q345R steel yield strength is 265-345MPa, tensile strength is 510-640MPa, elongation is greater than 21%, and zero degree V-shaped impact energy is greater than 34J. Q345R steel standard is GB713. Q345R steel has good comprehensive mechanical and technological properties. The content of S275NL grade steel phosphorus and sulfur of Q345R steel is slightly lower than that of low alloy high strength steel plate.

304 stainless steel plate products have strong corrosion resistance. For ordinary alkali solution and organic acid, inorganic acid has good corrosion resistance. This material S275NL grade steel is a high alloy steel, which can resist corrosion in air or chemical corrosive medium.

There is an inherent difference between the cold forming properties of low-alloy high-strength steel and carbon structural steel. First of all, a certain amount of permanent deformation of low-alloy high-strength steel requires greater force than S275NL grade steel, carbon structural steel of the same size. Second, when low-alloy high-strength steel is formed, a slightly larger allowable amount for springback should be given. According to experience, unless the low-alloy high-strength steel is processed to control the shape of inclusions, it is necessary to use a larger bending radius than carbon structural steel during cold forming.
