Quenching and tempering (QT) is a double heat treatment process of quenching and high temperature tempering. Quenching and tempering can make iron and steel parts obtain a good combination of strength and toughness, with high strength, excellent toughness, plasticity, cutting performance, etc. Some StE315 grade steel alloy steel or low alloy steel must be quenched and tempered to obtain good comprehensive properties. These steels can also be called quenched and tempered steels.

In year 2015, we ship 750 tons H beam to Pakistan for our old customer for building use. Because of urgent demand, the H beams are partial shipment by bulk vessel. Due to strong support of our customer, we also export many C channel steel, StE315 grade steel I beam and other profile steel to local market.

StE315 grade steel, SA36 steel plate is one of our main product, it is belong to the carbon and low alloy high strength steel plate. We can supply the different sizes of SA36 steel plate. And the rolling size of SA36 steel plate is following: the thickness range is 1.2-600mm, the width range is 1220-4200mm, and the length range is 5000-18000mm. Also note that the SA36 steel coil thickness should not exceed 25 mm.
