We have 4 typical production lines NM500 wear steel plate, which can produce hot rolled Seamless, LSAW, ERW and SSAW pipes. The Seamless pipe production line range is OD 10.3mm-965.2mm, wall thickness 1.0mm-60mm, Annual capacity is 500 thousand tons. LSAW pipe production line range is OD 406mm-1524mm, wall thickness 6mm-50mm, Annual capacity is 150 thousand tons.

Normalizing is to heat the steel parts to 30~80℃above the critical temperature for a period of time. Then the parts are taken out of the furnace and cooled in air. Since the cooling rate of normalizing is faster than that of annealing, the strength and hardness of normalized NM500 wear steel plate are higher than that of annealed NM500 wear steel plate, but the elimination of internal stress is not as good as annealing. The normalizing operation of NM500 wear steel plate is simple, the cost is low, the productivity is high, and it is widely used in actual production.
