Second, when low-alloy high-strength steel is formed, a slightly larger allowable amount for springback should be given. According to experience, unless the low-alloy high-strength steel is processed to control the shape of inclusions, it is necessary to use a larger bending radius than carbon structural steel during cold forming.

S355J2G3 is low alloy high strength structural steel, and it is roughly equivalent to GB Q345D.S355J2G3 is a European standard steel with composition of C ≤ 0.20, Si ≤ 0.55, Mn ≤ 1.60, P ≤ 0.035, S ≤ 0.035. The meaning of J2G3 indicates that the delivery state of S355J2G3 steel is normalized, the impact energy at - 20 ℃ is 27J. G3 and G4 indicate the deoxidization mode. ASTM A709 steel material, S355J2G3 steel is semi killed steel, S355J2G4 steel is fully killed steel.
