Inconel 800 nickel-based alloy steel is primarily used in the aerospace field to manufacture critical high-temperature load-bearing components such as engine turbine blades, combustion chamber parts, and exhaust systems. Its nickel-chromium-iron base composition (approximately 30% nickel and 19-23% chromium) endows it with excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and creep, maintaining structural stability at extreme temperatures ranging from 650℃ to 1200℃, ensuring flight safety.
The high-temperature strength and carburization resistance of Inconel 800 alloy make it an ideal material for aero-engines, effectively coping with the high-temperature and high-pressure environments of combustion chambers and exhaust systems. Its good weldability and formability also facilitate the manufacture and maintenance of complex components. Furthermore, the dense oxide film formed by its high chromium content exhibits excellent protection in high-temperature oxidizing environments, extending the service life of components.
