In the first half of 2020, the national output of stainless steel crude steel decreased by 2.74%

Crude steel output: in the first half of 2020, the output of crude stainless steel in China was 13.9613 million tons, which decreased by 393100 tons or 2.74% compared with the same period in the first half of 2019.

Among them, the output of Cr Ni stainless steel decreased by 165800 tons or 2.35%, and its share increased by 0.20% to 49.42% year on year; the output of Cr Mn stainless steel (including some products not conforming to international standards) was 4.382 million tons, with a decrease of 297100 tons and a decrease of 6.35%, with the share reduced by 1.21% to 31.39%, and the output of Cr stainless steel was 2.5889 million tons 91384 tons of duplex stainless steel, with a year-on-year decrease of 2102 tons or 2.25%.

Import and export: in the first half of 2020, 636400 tons of stainless steel were imported, with a year-on-year decrease of 43600 tons or 6.41%. In the first half of 2020, the export of stainless steel was 1612900 tons, with a year-on-year decrease of 85100 tons or 5.01%.
