After the marine grade AH40 steel plate steel is tapped, deoxidizers and alloys are added. After the molten steel is treated with argon blowing, the molten steel is cast. By adding rare earth elements to the steel, the weathering steel is purified and the content of inclusions is greatly reduced.

The quality grade symbols of Q235 steel plate are A, B, C and D respectively. Different grades represent different impact temperatures. , Q235A is not required for impact toughness test; Q235B is required for impact toughness test at room temperature (20 ℃); Q235C is required for impact toughness test at 0 ℃; Q235D is required for impact toughness test at - 20 ℃.
