Hot sales StE420 steel material

We have StE420 steel material new cooperation projects with NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation). Through tender, we got new order about oil tank plates for NNPC, and the tank plates will be used to build large oil tanks. This is not the first time we cooperated with NNPC, but it means much more to us than first time cooperation. It indicates our StE420 steel material tank plates quality has been well recognized by Nigeria market.

Normalizing process of S355J2 steel plate: normalize the S355J2 steel plate in the bottom furnace, normalizing temperature is 880-910℃, holding time is 1.8-2.2min/mm, that is to get the required S355J2 + N steel plate. 355j2 + N steel plate is mainly used in large machinery manufacturing, equipment base, large welded steel structure, construction, bridge and other fields. With the continuous development of economy and the large-scale demand of equipment, the demand of ultra thick StE420 steel material, S355J2 + N steel plate is increasing gradually.

We supply 5800 tons A53 Gr B ERW pipes to Qatar for Qatar Integrated Railway Project - Green Line. This is the first Metro Line in Qatar, and it is located in Doha. We got the order by tender, launched by the Qatar Railways Company for designing, construction and completion of Green Line Project. Before putting order, a delegation from the StE420 steel material project side visited us and several other famous steel pipe mills in China for 15 days. Finally, we were chosen and finished the task exceeding their expectations.

Hot rolled plates are known for their superior mechanical properties over commodity grades of merchant bar. The hot rolled StE420 steel material plates products are made to specific chemistry and mechanical properties ranges, allowing them to be used in engineered applications. Resulting shafts, axles, and gears can be used in the automotive StE420 steel material industry and agriculture equipment. A36 mild steel has good strength, formability, and excellent welding properties. We also can supply welding, fabricating, and bending service.

Chemical elements of 35CrMnSi steel: C: 0.32-0.39, Si: 1.10-1.40, Mn: 0.80-1.10, Cr: 1.10-1.40. The mechanical properties of 35CrMnSi steel: tensile strength 1620 MPa; yield strength 1280 MPa; elongation after fracture: 9%; reduction of area: 40; impact energy: 31J. StE420 steel material, 35CrMnSi steel is used to manufacture medium speed, heavy load, high strength parts and high strength components, such as aircraft landing gear and high pressure blower blades. 35CrMnSi can partly replace the corresponding CrNi alloy steel in manufacturing small and medium section parts.

The alloying principle of low alloy high strength steel plate mainly uses solid volume strengthening, fine grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening produced by alloy elements to improve the strength of low alloy high strength steel plate, StE420 steel material. At the same time, the effect of fine grain strengthening on the reduction of ductile brittle transition temperature of low alloy high strength steel platel is used to offset the adverse effect of carbon nitride precipitation strengthening on the rise of ductile brittle transition temperature of steel, so that low alloy high strength steel plate can obtain high strength while maintaining good low temperature performance.
