As a commonly used material for industrial platforms and trench covers, steel grating is frequently exposed to outdoor environments, rendering it susceptible to corrosion and shortening its service life. To address this critical challenge, a new galvanizing process now outfits steel gratings with a "protective armor." Through hot-dip galvanizing, a zinc layer is fused tightly to the base material, thereby significantly enhancing its anti-corrosion capabilities. Steel gratings treated with this process are capable of performing stably even in acidic, alkaline, or humid environments, thereby establishing a durable and robust foundation for a wide range of engineering projects.
