Cold rolled steel plate 301 stainless steel sheet

Cold rolled 301 stainless steel sheet adopts precision cold rolling process, with thickness range of 0.03-1.5mm and width customizable to 1500mm. The material meets ASTM A240 standard, with precisely controlled chromium and nickel content (Cr 16-18%, Ni 6-8%), and has both high strength and formability.

After special cold working hardening treatment, the tensile strength of 301 stainless steel plate reaches 1200-1500MPa and hardness HV300-550. It is suitable for fields with strict requirements on material strength such as precision electronic components and medical device springs.

Provides two standard surface treatments: 2B (matte) and BA (mirror), with a roughness Ra≤0.5μm. Supports secondary processing such as striping and slicing, and the tolerance can be controlled within ±0.02mm.
