Every customer who has visit us and witness the steel materials before delievry will be impressed by our quality control departemnt. Even not come to inspect the steel materials before delievry, our quality control departemnt will also send inspection report to the customer. For each order, no matter its quantity and value, our quality control departemnt will make strict inspection before delivery, the inspection contents include apperance, tolerance, dimension, mark, special requirements of customers, etc. To guarantee our steel materials sent to the customer is qualified.

The most remarkable characteristic of low alloy high strength steel is high strength. In hot rolling or normalizing state, the strength of low alloy high strength steel is generally 30% - 50% higher than that of corresponding carbon engineering structural steel, A709 Gr 50 steel plate. Therefore, it can bear large load. Engineering structures are usually large or huge, and the weight of the component itself often becomes an important part of the load. When the strength of the structural material is improved, the self weight of the component can be significantly reduced, and its ability to bear other loads can be further improved.

In order to easily and economically perform hot or cold processing to make various parts of engineering structures, the low alloy high strength steel must have appropriate forming properties. Like A709 Gr 50 steel plate, carbon structural steel, low alloy high strength steel can generally be processed in such way, as well as cutting, punching, and machining. Although the yield point of low alloy high strength steel is high, even if the forming operation is deformed quite severely, cold bending presses, drawing machines, presses and other equipment used for carbon structural steel forming can also be used for low alloy high strength steel, but some equipment needs to be modified.

In 2014, we offered 175 ton Cold rolled stainless steel plate to Thailand. The A709 Gr 50 steel plate products are from TISCO. Here is the MTC that we offered to customer. We have our own quality team. Our quality team will inspect every order before shipment for customer. Normally, we will test the chemical composition, thickness, width, and length.
