4140 steel is alloy structural steel, and its technical standard is ASTM A29/A29M. It belongs to ultra-high strength steel. corten b steel sheet, 4140 steel has high strength and toughness, good hardenability, no obvious temper brittleness, high fatigue limit and multiple impact resistance after tempering treatment, and good low temperature impact toughness. 4140 steel is suitable for manufacturing large and medium plastic mould with certain strength and toughness.

As the thickness and hardness of corten b steel sheet increase, the tendency to crack at the cutting edge increases. In order to prevent the corten b steel sheet from cutting cracks, preheating should be carried out before corten b steel sheet cutting. Special attention should be paid to preheating to make the entire corten b steel sheet interface evenly heated to avoid local overheating in the area contacting the heat source. If the whole corten b steel sheet cannot be preheated, the partial preheating method can be used instead.

The Egypt customer ordered 130 tons corten b steel sheet stainless steel plate in stock, and this batch has left port today for its destination today(October 25th, 2019). 316l stainless steel is molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel. This material has better corrosion resistant property than 304/314L for it's higher Ni and Mo content. (it is considered to be marine grade stainless steel, not suitable for warm sea water treatment). 316L austenitic stainless steel supplied by our company has good formability and weldablity, additionally it is proved to have excellent properties of tensile, creep and stress-rupture strengths in elevated temperature environment.
