BBN produce the 3000 tons 15CrMo steel plate in June

In the first ten days of February 2020, the key statistics show that steel enterprises produce a total of 19.3943 million tons of crude steel, 17.9747 million tons of pig iron, 17.5904 million tons of steel and 3.225 million tons of coke. This ten day average daily output of 15CrMo steel plate crude steel is 1939400 tons, down 2.68% on a month on month basis, up 3.16% on a year-on-year basis; steel is 1759000 tons, down 9.09% on a month on month basis, up 2.51% on a year-on-year basis.

Every customer who has visit us and witness the steel materials before delievry will be impressed by our quality control departemnt. Even not come to inspect the steel materials before delievry, our quality control departemnt will also send inspection report to the customer. Steel Q345R (HIC) is a Q345R pressure vessel plate with hydrogen induced cracking resistance test. Q345R(R-HIC) plate is based on Q345R (HIC) and SSCC test, namely sulfide stress corrosion test. The delivery status of Q345R (HIC) and Q345R Q345R(R-HIC) plate is normalizing, - 30 ℃ impact, level I flaw detection, process reference standard GB713-2014. 15CrMo steel plate, Q345R (HIC) and Q345R (R-HIC) plates are smelted by electric furnace + refining outside the furnace. The smelting process is Ca-treated, and should be intrinsically fine-grained steel. The actual grain size is 5 or above.

20 # material is a high-quality low-carbon carbon steel, cold-extruded, carburized and hardened steel. 15CrMo steel plate, 20 # material has low strength, good toughness, plasticity and good weldability. Chemical composition of 20 # round steel bar: C: 0.17 ~ 0.23, Si: 0.17 ~ 0.37, Mn: 0.35 ~ 0.65, S: ≤0.035, P: ≤0.035, Cr: ≤0.25, Ni: ≤0.30, Cu: ≤0.25. 20# carbon steel mechanical properties: Shear strength 275 ~ 392MPa, Tensile strength is 253 ~ 500MPa, elongation min. 25%.

The Indian customer purchased our A516 Gr 70 pressure vessel steel plates to make tanks. They have very strict requirement for raw materials quality. For the A516 Gr 70 pressure vessel steel plates, they asked for Normalizing, 0℃ impact, A578 UT test, PWHT and so on tests, our Q/C department witness the production process with the technician from the customer company together. Meanwhile, we arrange BV inspection to check the quantity, spray mark, stamp on the A516 Gr 70 pressure vessel steel plates, and so on.

For ASTM A573 Grade 70/A573 Gr.70 carbon manganese silicon steel plates, our company would issue the original mill test certificate 15CrMo steel plate EN 10204 3.1 for clients when arrange delivery, so that clients can trace the A573 Gr.70 plates origin easily.
