After quenching and tempering, 40Cr alloy steel plate and SG325 grade steel sheet have good comprehensive mechanical properties, good low temperature impact toughness and low notch sensitivity. The hardenability of steel SG325 grade steel is good. It can be hardened to Ф28 ～ 60mm during water quenching and Ф15 ～ 40mm during oil quenching. In addition to quenching and tempering, this steel is also suitable for cyanidation and induction hardening. The cutting performance is better. When the hardness is HB174 ～ 229, the relative cutting workability is 60%. 40Cr alloy steel is suitable for making medium-sized plastic molds.

In the second step of hot rolling process, different finished mills are used to roll billets or continuous casting billets into finished steel of proper shape and size. This SG325 grade steel production process is called finished product production, which is generally divided into two stages of rough rolling and finish rolling. In the roughing stage, a large amount of reduction (reduction per pass) is adopted to reduce the number of passes and improve the output; after roughing, the finishing stage is entered, and the finishing is carried out with a small amount of reduction to achieve a good surface and accurate SG325 grade steel size.

With the fast development in Myanmar, Myanmar navy build frigate every year. We Cooperate with Myanmar Navy from 2015. They purchased 412 ton LR AH36 steel plate from us as trial order in 2015. After receiving the SG325 grade steel goods, they speak highly of the quality and our service. After that they purchase the shipbuilding steel plate from us regularly. In May,2018, the Myanmar navy’s local representative visit our office and production line, and sign another contract 2025 ton steel order in our office.
