A283 Gr.C steel and 35CrMo hot rolled alloy grade steel to Thailand

BBN company team and culture: tt the end of 2019, in order to thank employees for their hard work and enrich their sparetime lives, the company organized a pleasant trip to Phuket Island, Thailand. This tour lasted 6 days and 5 nights, and returned by plane on the evening of December 27. We took off in Zhengzhou at about 5o'clock in the afternoon on the 22th December. Let's seize the day and live it to the full, and greet the arrival of the year 2020 together.

With the development of science, technology and industry, higher requirements are put forward for steel materials, such as higher strength, resistance to high temperature, high pressure, low temperature, corrosion resistance, abrasion, and other special physical and chemical properties. 35CrMo hot rolled alloy grade steel, carbon steel can no longer fully meet the requirements, so alloy steel plates appeared. Improving the strength of steel is one of the main purposes of adding alloying elements.

The 35CrMo hot rolled alloy grade steel stainless steel 2250 mm wide coil mill has advantages such as adapting to difficult-to-deform steel grades. The Liuzhou Iron and Steel Hot Rolling Leveler project designed and supplied by MCC South is equipped with the latest straightening and leveling process (LTP technology) developed by MCC South. The 35CrMo hot rolled alloy grade steel performance stability, cost and various consumption indicators have reached the international advanced level.

In April 2018, our Philiphine customer purchased 1008 Tons API5 L Gr.B ERW&Q345B SMLS pipe 35CrMo hot rolled alloy grade steel for offshore oildfield resources drilling project. This is a regular demand almost two month, and we has been cooperated more than three times, totally around 2100 tons steel pipe since 2015 year.
