Our quality control department will do inspection for details of the steel materials SG365 gas cylinder steel before delivery. We would invite the customer side to attend the inspection together. If they can not come, we will also take rich pictures for them to check. Meanwhile, we will publish inspection report and send them the PDF version. Besides, we accept any third party inspection such as SGS, BV, etc. And our quality control department will support the third party to inspect the steel materials smoothly and try our best to deliver the qualified steel materials to customers earlier.

The surface hardness of NM400 wear-resistant steel plate usually reaches 360-450HB, and the steel has a high mechanical strength. Its mechanical properties are three to five times that of ordinary low alloy steel plate. NM400 wear-resistant steel plate has excellent mechanical properties and good wear resistance, and can adapt to various mining conditions under different working conditions. NM400 steel can significantly improve the wear resistance of mechanical components, improve the service life of machinery, and reduce production costs.

We do sand blasting and shop primer for various SG365 gas cylinder steel steel plates such as carbon steel plates, high strength low alloy steel plates, shipbuilding steel plates, etc. before delivery, so as to protect the steel plates from going rust during transportation. Our sand blasting standard is SA2.5, and shop primer SG365 gas cylinder steel thickness is 20μm or so. Our shop primer has been certified by ABS, LR, BV etc. authorities.
